Communication is the key to a good customer service experience and you guys meet that

I've always had a good experience with Full Identity. However, last time we ordered cards the new logo did not come colored correctly. I approved it with the wrong color only because the person who developed the template told me the logo color would look wrong but would print the proper color. When I voiced my concern, it took a while to get a response only because the person who told the about the wrong color printing was no longer with the company. After that, someone called and handled my account and resolved the issue (or at least I hope because I've not received the replacement badges yet) but it took a couple weeks to do and it's my understanding that there's a problem with the teal color printing accurately so I had to choose a color closest to my logo color to print. I figured I'd just supply the logo and it'd print accurately. Anyhow, as long as I didn't get charged again and the logos printed pretty darn close to accurate, I'll be a happy customer!
