I've received the shoes but only after opening a complaint via Paypal. They sent an email full of wrong information: wrong tracking number, wrong links to courier, wrong shipping time. They then gave me a new tracking number and they used another courier, it also took longer than the stated 5 days to receive the goods. The shoes are poor quality and zipper gets stuck. I highly recommend NOT to buy ANYTHING from them.

DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!!!! I am trying to dispute the charge to my PayPal to get a full refund!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Love the FSJ store! ! Super cute and trendy. I have received many compliments. I ordered my regular size 7 and although they fit, I recommend going half size up.

FSJ shoes are cute. However, I have huge issues with the company. I ordered five pairs of kitten heel slingback shoes online from their website. I came across their website from a pop-up when I was on fb platform. After I submitted my order a pop-up message stated “a receipt will be emailed to you after the order is reviewed.” I never received a receipt so, I gave up looking out for it. Then two weeks later the first pair of shoe arrived then the following week the second pair arrived, except it was not the slingback that I ordered. Instead it was a closed up shoes. On Monday, August 1, 2022, the third pair arrived and that’s when the disaster started the shoe was too small and it was the wrong color. I immediately took a picture of the shoes along with the packing slip and emailed their customer support. Their response to me was I must emailed the transaction number. I informed them that I never received a receipt when I placed the order and their website stated that they would email me the receipt upon review of my order. However, that never happened, I sent them my banking transaction number as proof that the payment was taken from my account the name of my bank and date of transaction. Until now they have Not responded to me, I received the two remaining pairs of shoes today, August 4, 2022, and those were Very small too. Granted, I ordered size 10.5 in the following colors: blue, purple, yellow, red and another purple. I paid a total of $383.18. When I called their customer support line I got a busy signal. I would like to be reimbursed my $280.00 for those three pairs of shoes or have them exchange for the right size and colors. BUYER BE WEAR!! OF THEIR WEBSITE.

I love the shoes in this store! ! ! ! ! ! I already want to buy another pair. They are very comfortable, I wear them all day and my feet don't hurt. I'm a 7.5, but as the reviews say, I went up to an 8 and they fit perfectly. This is my first pair of rear boots, but they stayed in place and my feet didn't slip out.

Their heels are very comfortable and have great cushioning. I was concerned that the straps would pierce my skin while walking, but definitely not, and the shoes are super light and easy to slip in. Like my purchase ❤
