The product was good value. Unfortunately the experience was let down by the choice of courier. FedEx was supposed to deliver to the door and accept a signature but instead left the package in an external dropbox without collecting a signature which delayed receipt.

FS.COM portal is easy to navigate and find what's needed, plus knowing whether there's stock locally or overseas helps us to gauge when we can receive the goods after an order. Payment during order placement is very convenient and we like that all documentation like invoices are sent promptly to our email as required for our business records and reporting.
