I had to contact customer service regarding a small issue with items shipped. JK responded promptly, provided clear instructions. JK was very friendly, personable, and very helpful. The entire communication took probably 5 minutes of my time and was also resolved in that timeframe as well. As someone who worked in customer service for 21 years I have to say, the service I received was an absolute 10. Just like the products, they are all amazing.

After almost 2 weeks of using these products, I've noticed my skin tone is more even. I tend to have oily skin, but I've also noticed that my face looks and feels less greasy at the end of the day.

Hi Jenna, this makes me so happy to read! Noticing your skin tone even out and feeling less greasy by the end of the day after just 2 weeks is amazing. Can't wait to hear how your skin feels the longer you use them. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
