The customer service was amazing

We apologize for the inconvenience. It turned out that the required electrical wiring needed for the sign was missing at both locations. As a result, our installation team was unable to complete the service. Once the wiring issue was resolved, the sign was connected to a power source to achieve the promised result. We regret that our installers didn't explain the situation properly and thank you for your understanding.

Great job, priced right. They should wear masks in the office this was my only problem during a highly contagious time.
