I love the comment features of Front the most. I am left wishing that the search function had more ability in terms of: - Pulling from incomplete or misspelled words/ names - Searching for recipients of discussions

Front is a helpful tool for sending email! It's so nice to be able to share a draft with someone on my team to get feedback before I send something. I love the ability to tag a teammate on a thread. It's so much clearer than forwarding an email or replying all. The rules are more robust for forwarding to other team members as well.

Honestly have never seen a better system for organizing teams and tickets. I would highly recommend it.

Front keeps me organized and motivated to keep my inbox empty! I especially love the 'snooze' feature.

Very helpful when organizing the team inbox as well as your own. Being able to "snooze" emails until a certain time allows for an efficient work flow that isn't overwhelming and ensures nothing is missed.

I do not like the side bar edit update! It should have remained the same. It's just having to do an extra click to save. When all we had to do was click or unclick. We can't see why emails are getting bounced back, no reasons listed. I guess there was another new update. When we copy an email and paste it to a new email, the font style and size is changed.

Front changed my entire business. Opened up a whole new way to manage and run my office. My entire staff loves it. I can't imagine going back to how we ran the business before Front. Beyond pleased. Highly recommend Front to everyone but my competitors. :)
