Great platform. User friendly, modern, not complicated. A big plus that easiness with which one can track and share significant emails with colleagues by using tags.

Front enables our distributed team of volunteers to communicate effectively with the community we serve. Thanks to Team Inboxes, we can track queries and stay in sync on responses, even assigning conversations to specific team members when necessary. But unlike the help-desk ticketing and CRM systems we have tried in the past, each interaction with our community through Front inboxes retains a sense of personal, friendly communication—and that’s critical to our non-profit operation.

Good product which allows us to tag other team members as needed and archive in detailed folders for easy reference down the line. I also particularly like the snooze function which allows me to follow up on emails as needed.
