We have been using First Choice for many of our international shipping for a long time. Their system is easy to use. The staffs are good, responsible. The price is good. Highly recommended !

I decided to try First choice shipping, I already use two shipping company’s that I have not had any issues with, but First choice had a better price. After the shipment missing deadlines I had over 20 contacts with First choice shipping. All of which were ignored and I just kept getting emails telling me that my shipment has been put into storage and I need to pay money to release it. I have never experienced this before and thought there must be a mistake. They then sent me documents relating to a different shipment, I kept trying to talk to them and contact them, I returned every email, I tried contacting via a form on their website. I eventually got hold of a person who responded to me. I will never use this agent again, I will also be suing them for loss of income and loss of stock as they have not been helpful or understanding. I will more than happily change my review if they manage to sort out this issue which is very much in their hands to rectify. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Amazing customer service! They're always available to help you and they make the process of shipping international pretty much painless. I enjoy working with them and I'm so glad I found them for my Amazon business! Thank you guys!
