My complaint has to do with cancelling the Friday Plans subscription then realizing that it restarted without my consent. Not only did I unexpecting find out that I had been charged for months against my will. I was told when calling them that they had been sending the product the United States Post Office box that they had on file. I closed that Post Office Box 17 months ago. I contacted the post office and was told that they return to sender when the Post Office Box is closed. The Friday Plans representative stated that she did not know how they handle that. I demanded that they cancel the account and this time I insisted that they provide me with a cancellation email.

I can confirm that your account was successfully cancelled on 2/11 and will not change unless you log in and request more shipments, and there have been no charges since that date. When you contacted us we cancelled and refunded the pending order, and I have also refunded an additional as a courtesy for falling short in your experience with us. Everything about it. From start to finish. I heard about it, looked it up, read from a out 10 min and I had everything I needed to know about it and I made a choice to take a chance.
