Clear structures

I got a nice CV, but I didn't know that you get subscribed automatically after making a one-time payment so I was surprised seeing a higher amount being charged on my credit card one week later.. It was also an unfortunate coincidence with the website no longer being live at the time I noticed this additional pmt so I thought the worse. Still, I appreciate the team coming back to me and explaining what happened.
