My baby loves Freshpet products. They are fresh and smells good. He maintains a healthy weight and is very energetic. I also love the delivery service and the ordering process is easy.

Loved the shredded chicken but hated the multi protein. Also, ice arrived melted and there was a hole in the ice bag.
Response from Freshpet· Oct 13, 2026
Hi Suzy, we are sorry to hear this happened. This certainly isn’t the kind of service or experience we aim to provide at Freshpet. A member of our team will be reaching out shortly to assist you and provide additional support. Please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder for an email from them. If there’s anything else we can help with in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 💚

I like the fresh food.. it actually smells good when you open the pouches. Our dog likes it but she likes it a little warmed up. I wish you had more varieties without chicken. Do you have any fish or duck varieties?
Response from Freshpet· Oct 13, 2026
Hi Nancy, we're so happy to hear that your pup loves our recipes! While our Freshpet Custom Meals Delivery lineup doesn't currently offer any fish or duck options, our "chefs" are always busy in the kitchens whipping up new recipe ideas for our furry friends. We'll definitely pass along your comments to them. Thanks for the 5 stars. 💚🐾
