As a holistic nutritionist, I always look for ways to help my clients reduce stress and become overall more resilient. I love recommending Freshcap mushrooms to my clients because it’s a natural way of boosting their energy, manage stress levels and support immune function. Adding chaga to my coffee and hot chocolate is one of my favorite ways of taking them, I also add them to my yogurt and smoothies. Super recommended!

I discovered Freshcap a few years ago and fell in love. Finding quality mushroom supplements with no fillers or weird stuff is so challenging! I'm a purist, so using Freshcap daily feels so good. Plus, I feel an immediate positive effect. I even add them to recipes like homemade chocolates and desserts. 1 tsp. of the cordyceps powder in my coffee supercharges me for my workouts! Thank you team!

I am a doctor, mom, and healthy food blogger & Instagrammer @drtarasunshine. I have been using FreshCap mushroom powders almost daily for a few years now and absolutely love them! FreshCap mushrooms are organically grown, carefully extracted, free of grain fillers, and tested for quality and safety. I find them super easy to incorporate into my diet -- in hot drinks, smoothies, oat bowls, chia pudding, baking, and more!

Freshcap mushrooms are excellent ! With “wellness” becoming so trendy, it’s become more difficult to find companies that make quality products and have good intentions, but Freshcap is a company I trust entirely. They make their mushrooms from fruiting body only (not mycelium like many other companies) so all their mushrooms have powerful medicinal properties. I love every single blend and like to keep all of them on hand, selecting what my body needs each morning. When in doubt I recommend the thrive blend which has a variety of mushrooms = a wide variety of benefits so it’s a good every day choice. Lions mane is my personal favorite however because of its cognitive enhancing properties. Highly recommend Freshcap.
