I ordered 2x coats as I have 2 Frenchies nearly the same size. The size that came was far too big, (3xl) despite thinking I had measured them correctly. I reached out to support and received a really quick response from Sharif, offering to send replacements with no hassle to me & another guide. I can’t wait to get the replacements as the quality of the coats I did receive are lovely. Thankyou Sharif for your help! 🙂great customer service. I ordered the Frenchie Robot in October for a Christmas gift. I gave it on Christmas. Upon opening the original box and activated the robot, it did not work. Customer Service refused to send another or refund because of their 14 day return policy. I respect the policy, however, I have never heard of a policy like that for Christmas gifts. Just out the money and the toy.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and contacted them. Got a quick response and helped me! I sent the right measurements and they sent me a replacement free of charge!! I’m so grateful for their understanding. It was my mistake and they did not hesitate to send me a replacement. Great quality boots and they fit perfect on my frenchie!
