I measured my Frenchie and ordered a small harness and it was too tight on him. After contacting customer service they had me remeasure with instructions and are sending me a new, larger harness free of charge! I don’t even have to worry about the returning the old one. The harness and leash themselves are sturdy, colorful, and well-made. Can’t wait to use our new, bigger size on our daily walks!

The customer service has been very good. Very responsive and satisfying. I had an issue with ordering the wrong size harness, I reached out to them to let them know and within 24 hours they had communicated with me several times to get the information they needed in order to send me the right one.

I am very excited to use this backpack for my Frenchie because she is not able to walk as far anymore in her old age. The size I ordered did not fit, but the customer service was truly helpful and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. Thanks!
