My items look amazing! Even though there was a size issue with the vest, a new order was shipped as a courtesy by Ariel, with all of the correct sizes, and pricing, as a courtesy was extended to me as a gesture of appreciation! I am SO pleased and my fur-baby “Bronx” looks amazing while warm! Thank you Ariel! Frenchie.shop has a life- time customer in me!

You sent me a new size. How do i return the original one I ordered that was too small

Material is not good. Packaging is cheap. Shipping took a very long time and small return window. I would recommend checking out other supplier.

An order I had placed a month and a half ago is still not here. What else is there to say?

They ignore you when you ask to return goods

Terrible customer service, quality of products and it took over a month to arrive. Apparently this is a company based in China. When the package did arrive it came bundled in a plastic bag with clear tape wrapped around it and the items were just stuffed inside. Tried to return the items for a refund but they said they don’t do refunds. I would not recommend buying from this company.

This order was placed on 9/9. The last scan was on 9/25 and as of 10/21 it has still not been received. Several attempts over the last few weeks have been made to get more information or to issue a credit, but I keep being told it's being investigated.
