Exceeded all expectations. Picked up on Friday in San Francisco and delivered to Iowa Thursday morning. Joshua was easy to get ahold of and answered all questions. I recommend these guys for any LTL deliveries

I want to applaud the customer service at FreightPros. Specifically, I want to compliment the exceptional service of Joshua Campos. Freight shipping can be an expensive nightmare! Our company found FreightPros and will not go elsewhere due continuously being offered the best prices in shipping and receiving the upmost care from our shipping agent when an issue arrives. Joshua responds quickly, communicates clearly, goes out of his way to help meet our request and help us solve any shipping issue we encounter. Thank you, Joshua, for making our business possible and relieving so much of our stress with your sincere efforts.

Second time I have used these guys, they are the easiest to use and get you the best prices with a nation wide carrier within 10 minutes at 1/2 the cost of dealing direct with the carrier. Don't waste your time with other brokers

In the current turbulent world of transportation, it is a rarity you find a group of people who quickly return phone calls, emails, and generate accurate quotes. Most businesses we deal with these days take days to return calls or reply to emails...if at all. Pricing is competitive and the customer service is leagues above other brokers. Clayton's exemplary attention to quickly providing transportation solutions is rare these days. We highly recommend working with him and Ryan for your LTL/FTL broker needs.

FreightPros has been a delight to work with. Their rates are very fair, customer service is excellent (shout out to Clayton Bibb) for his amazing assistance with all our freight needs. My favorite thing is the automated emails that let you know your pickup is scheduled, picked up and/or delivered. Absolutely fantastic! Never been so happy about shipping. It's usually a terrible mess. But not with FreightPros.
