I ordered the Halloween 3D bat lights. All was fine to check out 16.95. However, I was charge 22.02 I have been trying for weeks for them to correct this, as they said they would. But not. Disappointed ☹️

Yes, false advertising, scam link, false tracking information through USA as promo stated made in USA, arrived from China. Product was 120 acrylic markers, one packet of 24 double ended and one packet of 36 double ended. 5 emails from their customer service?, despite their website advising they accept returns, obviously not the case, refund started at $5US, then $10US, they stressed each time that it was ‘time consuming and expensive’ for me to mail the parcel back, I’ve settled on $13US refund on a $60US transaction, lesson learnt. Don’t trust, deceptive, scamming seller, who provided false tracking info. For other wary buyers, tracking-hub.com provide false tracking information, customer service beat you down till you give in. Don’t do business with this website, they steal your money

I wish I could give zero stars!! I have never received my order and they refuse to refund my money. BE AFRAID

I ordered an advent calendar and the 12 days of Christmas puzzles. These were supposed to be laser cut wood of different shapes, with the box number they came out of. What eventually arrived was cheap cardboard puzzles, no numbers on the back, no unusual shapes, just plain and extremely disappointing. I contacted the company and they offered me $6!!!!!!. I asked for a refund and to return the item, so they offered me $9!!!. I explained again I didn't want this inferior product...they offered me $12. It went up to a whole $19 after 21 emails. It then appeared they had resent my order. LOL, just a fake mockup of the package being sent. So, not only false advertising, but false postage. What a bunch of scammers. Once bitten.

Ordered Advent Puzzle calendar, was charged @10 more than advertised and it never arrived. Order was placed on 11/8! They are stealing.

I ordered the puzzle Advent calendar and the socks Advent calendar on 11/9/2024. It should have been here by 12/1/2024. It shipped from Greece and has been stuck in Utah for 1 1/2 months. I wrote to customer service and they said they were shipping another order, which they didn’t. It is 12/23/2024 and no delivery of either order. I keep asking for a refund, but they keep saying they will send a duplicate order. Advent calendars at this late date are useless. Terrible company. Will not be fooled again.

Purchased a gift for a friend who is an avid puzzler. She ONLY does wooden puzzles and subscribes to a quarterly subscription. Freigexact advertised a wooden advent calendar with videos indicating the nice wooden placement of pieces. She got a flat, cardboard puzzle and the pieces don’t fit together well. Also, her box says ‘paper puzzles’ on it. The site’s picture of the puzzle does not say that on it. They are offering me $3 for the problem only. Yes, made in Hong Kong but no way to verify before purchasing.

I am having issues with this company as I still have not received my order from October 26, 2024. In communicating with this company, I have been told I couldn't cancel my order as it has already been shipped. I never received a notification that it was shipped nor do I have a tracking number. It never was shipped. They offered to refund $101 of shipping when the order was supposed to ship free and ship from Mississippi!!!! I found out from my Credit Card statement the company is in Hong Kong!!! Go figure!!!! Rip off and a scam. I still have no refund or merchandise. At this point, I will not accept the package even if it does arrive. These companies need to be held accountable. They are literally stealing from people and getting away with it!!!!!
