Hi George, Thanks for the review, glad to hear that everything went well. Looks like you accidentally selected the wrong amount of stars, any chance you can amend that for us? :) Would be much appreciated. Have a good start to the week and will next time, FsX

3 weeks after I placed my order and was charged, it never arrived. So I sent an email and was told that it got lost in delivery and they would refund me immediately and send me a “treat” to kid of make up for that (it was a tiny flag, some gummy candy, and their magazine). Then 2 more times I got auto emails from them saying my order was on its way. When I inquired what/why, concerningly thinking they were charging me for my cancelled order, they ended up sending me more “treats”. Customer service was friendly and responsive but inconsistent. I’m slightly convinced this company is one of those scams. I’m scared for having given them my contact and credit card information.

Hi Kristen, Thank you for your feedback. First of all I'd like to apologies for your order going missing in transit, sometimes our delivery partners let us down and we know this is a very frustrating situation, but thankfully one that’s rare. I can see that our team keep you up to date with the investigation and once the parcel was declared "lost", a full refund was issued immediately, as unfortunately a replacement was no longer available. The goody pack is something that we do, to make up for inconveniences. The team just wanted you to have at least a little something in the post, to look forward to. In regards to the duplicate confirmation emails you received. I can see that these were the exact same confirmation as your original order and can only apologise for this system error, as you should have never received these emails. Now looking at the conversation you had with our customer care team in regards to this, I can see that we didn't properly reply here, as we confused your enquiry being about the tracking email for the goody pack and not about the duplicate confirmation emails. Please rest assured that the above errors have been fixed and that you have nothing to worry about, as we don't store any of our customers payment information. I'm very sorry that this had to be your first experience with us and hope you have a great upcoming weekend. Warmest regards, Assistant Customer Care Manager FreestyleXtreme

Good shopping experience but it took way to long to get our order. I didn't realize you were in Europe and US mail sucks. They just left my package outside and I had it delivered to my work. it would be a good idea to use UPS or Fed ex

I wish I could have written a good review but in this circumstance I couldn't because I ordered something November 28 and it's now December 13 and I still haven't received it so I have to say so far my experience with freestyleXtreme USA is pretty crappy. I will say I love the price of the product that I bought but getting it to me seems to be there downfall.

The boots are great! size (9) my original order was a size (10) too big! No problem but sending my original order back will be over $80.00

Hi Chad, I've just emailed you as we can now offer a returns address in NY - you pay to return to that address & then we pay for it to come back to the UK so the cost would be reasonable. Regards, Karen, Customer Care Manager

I got the wrong shoes, I was under the impression I was getting white shoes with white lace holes and I got white shoes yes but they were a different style then I ordered!!

Hi, we have no record of any email from you reporting this to us, on our delivery & homepage it is explained how to contact us if an item is wrong, if we had known we would've collected it for free & replaced or exchanged for a different style. Regards, Karen FreestyleXtreme

I didn't know this website was based in uk. The post office wants 45$, which is pretty much the price of buying the same pants, just to send it in for size exchange.
Response from FreestyleXtreme USA· Oct 23, 2016
I'm sorry but it is on our returns policy on our Homepage that we can arrange a collection for $16 if the postal cost is more than that. Regards, Karen FreestyleXtreme

Communication was and is really slow. I'm still dealing with their problems. The three shirts I ordered had a bad material compared to the other shirts I own under the same brand label. When I went to return the items I found out there were no refunds. You can only get store credit or exchange. This is the first time I have ever seen a company with that horrible policy. Basically I just want out of this whole order. I have asked for an exchange that didn't require me spending more money. I'm losing a little money actually. Hopefully this item is better quality, I can take the hit, and never order from this website again. Meanwhile I have to wait forever for this process to be over.

Hi Jason, you have never emailed us, we have a full refund policy & you must be confusing us with another seller. http://www.freestylextreme.com/us/home/info/delivery-and-returns/default.aspx Regards, Karen Customer Care Manager
