Free My PawsReviews of freemypaws.com

I thought the process would be time consuming and difficult. Boy was I wrong! The website was easy to navigate and the company response was very quick. The items I ordered were sent promptly. Everyone was professional and helpful.

I recommend FMP's, they have helped change my life by allowing the support to travel with my ESA small dog. While waiting to change planes I was denied boarding with my ESA and I had within the hour my therapist compose a separate letter for this particular airline to accommodate us on the connecting flight. Thanks FMP's !

I give it a 5star *****

I appreciate how easy it was to order the products and amazed how quickly it came. Thank you! ~Lisa

I absolutely love your website. It has always made my purchases easy. I even had a customer service rep call to asked if my emotional support vest was going to be to large for my 4lb yorkie. Usually I would have received the one I ordered and would have had to return it. I love all the choices available for all the dogs. I can take my Bella anywhere with no issues. Her card fits right behind my license in my wallet so that it is readily accessible.

Needed Esa paper work for my handicapped daughter and it was quick and easy. Thank you free my paws

The easiest and quickest way to get your dog certified as an emotional distress dog! I'm so happy and relieved I can take my dog with me everywhere! Thank you Free my paws!

I had ordered my E.S.A Certificates, once I had registered my 2 beautiful companions. The certificates arrived in record time! I was extremely pleased, however, my mail carrier folded the large, high quality envelope firmly in half so he could divide my mail from other residents in my neighborhood..... This very poor judgement on his part damaged my E. S. A. Certificates!!! I was far from happy, to say the least~ I took the damaged parcel immediately to the local Post Office. I voiced my extreme dissatisfaction, and was assured it would be returned, marked "DAMAGED BY POSTAL FACILITY". I contacted "Free My Paws", and was assured that they would be replaced at no cost to me, right away~ THEY WERE!!! The second set was mailed out quickly, and both the front & back of the envelope were CLEARLY marked with a black marker, "PLEASE DO NOT BEND". I am the proud owner of a gorgeous blonde Golden Retriever named Lady Abigail, Queen of Hearts, and a gorgeous red Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever named Lady Maggadoo, Gift of the Heart, that are lifetime registered, and 100% Certified!!! I have the beautiful, high quality Certificates to prove it!!!! This company ROCKS!!!!!!! I will gladly pass on this company's excellent customer service practices to anyone and everyone that wishes to register their "BEST FRIENDS"!!!
