Freemodel allowed me to add a level of service that added value and made what I do more tangible, which is crucial in today's real estate market. It strengthens the relationship with your clients and builds trust. I can get behind that. Thank you.

Kristina was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and collaborative on what was needed in the house. We also had very clear communications on the project and status of the project. The home turned out great and we were able to sell the house for top $$$!

The project was done as scheduled! They followed up minor pending items thoroughly. I appreciate their responsiveness. We had an honest communication between us. E.g. I found a damage on hot tub wall. They acknowledged my finding and corrected it immediately. No funny game was played.

The best thing about Freemodel, except for the sheer convienience of it, is the communications between their representative and the home seller. In our case, Alex was with us every step of the way from initial paperwork and quelling our skeptical minds concerning the concept, and celebrating with us for a job well done by local contractors. Excellent work to all at Freemodel!

We had an excellent experience with Freemodel. From bid to completion, the process was clear, and the results were phenomenal. It was nice to be able to monitor the progress of the project using the Photo Album feature. Melissa was very responsive to any questions we had along the way.
