My trust in mankind has been restored today. I am an elderly lady and I'm trying to find information about how to sell some silver bars (an unexpected expense requires some cash). I have dealt with rude people and no help from the several calls. And then, a gentleman from Freedom Gold answered my questions, offered advice and guided my search to a reputable local business who will be able to help me. I cannot express how relieved and appreciative I am! Here is a heartfelt "Thank You"!

My experience with Freedom Gold was deserving of a 5-star rating primarily because they understood the importance of a quick delivery of my order placed. They exceeded my expectations by delivering my order 5 business days ahead of the 7-10 business days initially quoted. This was mainly accomplished my excellent communication and listening to my needs and making themselves available either by phone or email. The two individuals providing this excellent customer service and customer satisfaction is Brian Bracken (Sales) and Thomas Sullivan (Operations). Lastly their commission is extremely reasonable in comparison to other metal dealers.

I spoke with Freedom Gold USA & I connected with Tom Sullivan. He explained clearly what bullion, semi-bullion, spot prices & service prices are. He is informative and truthful. I was educated about how precious metal prices fluctuate, how much of your portfolio to invest in metals, etc. He is dynamic.

My father worked with Paul Cox years ago, and now that he is at Freedom Gold I am continuing that relationship. Paul has great knowledge of both Gold and Financial Markets and is an absolute pleasure to work with.
