Great customer service , quick response to phone calls in a reasonable price

Right to point

Ordered a Wrangler 4.0 engine from Fraser. The engine is great, runs smooth. They were running a promo where they included and pre-installed the oil pan. Sounds great. But after installing the new engine, the oil pan drips oil at the gasket. Checked torque, and the tech at Fraser that installed the pan way over-torqued it and damaged the gasket. So, I have to drop the pan, which involves dropping the exhaust too in a Wrangler, in order to replace the gasket to fix it!

Their knowledge and service is impeccable. Viktor is truly an asset to his company and his customer.

Called into customer service and Lori took my call. She was the best at walking me through the process of ordering a new engine. She was also great at explaining every single step as we went along. Great customer service all around. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again for a quick and painless transaction
