Amazing! From the quality and beauty of the product all the way to their customer service and you're happiness with the product. I had a slight concern with something and it was dealt with it quickly, professionally and kindly. So thank you. I love this company.

I love Fracture. The prints they created for me are absolutely beautiful in my new rental. And their customer service is truly amazing. I have been into photography for many years. I've always admired the glass prints when I went to art shows and now I can create them at a fraction of the cost that I'd have to pay at an art show. I had a couple of issues with some of the prints I made and Fracture replaced them no questions asked. Tyler, one of the customer service reps, is great to work with. I will absolutely be using Fracture again to buy some prints for my kids homes. Just be aware that they are very fragile, so handle them with care!

It was so easy and the result(s) are great. I got a matte finished glass, which I’d recommend but other than that, just go for it!

I suprised my friend with an 8" x 10" favorite headshot of herself. She was thrilled, and her family is raving! We agreed that a Fracture mounting gives her portrait a polished look. This is beautifully done! Thanks for making this gift special.

I have bought 8 glass photos from Fracture and all of them are beautiful. They are crisp and clear and the colors are vibrant. I will certainly be ordering more in the future.
