your carrier was rude and for the most part uncooperative until I got mad and told them that we would just get a different carrier first driver called the pickup contact names and harrassed her second driver was fine would never recommend Proshippers to move a pile of horse dung

Machine was picked up within a couple of days. Communication was great. Also the driver called prior to arrival and was very helpful.

The dispatch was a good fit for us, but we had some issues with the driver not having the proper equipment to offload our equipment. It was dealt with in a timely manner, but it would have been preferable to have the right equipment for the load.
