I called because i had a clogged drain and I had an $83 coupon. When the tech showed up he stated this coupon is not valid and estimated it would be $499 to rod my drain. Bait and switch. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This company is horrible. I receive regular maintenance on my AC and furnace every year. They keep horrible records and no knowledge of them coming out last summer for my AC unit. Also, they are dishonest. I had a technician coming for maintenance on my furnace this year, parked down the street from my home then said I was not home and left. Never coming to my door. Time to switch companies.

After 20 Years of having 4 Seasons install our entire system (AC,Furnace,Hot water heater) and 20 Years of twice a year maintenance at $89.95 per visit, this last AC tune up yesterday was a scam! I always defended 4 Seasons to all my neighbors and clients/friends when they would say how terrible 4 seasons was at telling them they needed unwarranted repairs or replacement. I never felt that 4 seasons was scamming me until yesterday. The tech told me that I needed 2 parts that were failing, but when I asked him to show me, he couldn't tell me why the parts were failing. He didn't know that I know my stuff and knew that the parts in question were just replaced and were just fine. So when I called the tech on it, he said that 4 seasons is asking their techs to find stuff wrong with their units to cover their as**es for the "No Breakdown Guarantee" that they offer customer for 1 year. So if something was wrong with their system, 4 seasons would not be liable since they "supposedly" found something wrong with the unit. They quote outrageous prices for the repairs to make you actually buy a new unit. This is not the ethical treatment I was used to for 20 Years. Very disappointed and now considering switching my loyalty to another company. Might consider staying with them if they extend my warranty as discussed privately.

This company is a fraud. They offer you a tuneup for a reasonable amount and really do nothing other than looking for some reason to try and sell you a new unit. I called out several different companies and this was the only one that almost immediately tried to sell me a new furnace. Every other company said I didn't need a new system. To add to that, they quoted a price twice as high as others I got. Please, stay away.

We moved into our house, and after sleeping here for two nights I knew we had to replace the furnace by the sounds that woke me up both nights, it sounded like a jet engine ready for take off! I called the local company to come give me a bid, and then had to replace the furnace in the house we were selling, the company gave us a break on the prices of both home units as we were obviously giving them good business. I had an issue with one of the units within a year of installation. called the company and they came out and charged me to replace the part and for the part. Even with my having a service contract with them. A year later the same issue was happening again. I looked online for reputable companies and found Four Seasons, The technician came out and within 10 minutes of arrival had the problem fixed without a new part, but 10 cents of silicon sealer. He said he was familiar with the other company, and knew that many companies worked that way. "Sell a new part don't fix the problem, just replace it." I have been very happy with Four Seasons I cancelled the service contract with the other company and started one with Four Seasons. They come out twice a year and check the HVAC system focusing on either the furnace side or the AC side depending on the season coming up. They always double check with us about the other part of the system making sure it has no issues we are aware of. Then they look at the current side of the system tuning it up and repairing anything they find. I have had three servicemen out over the years and they remember me, and our dog. they are friendly, very knowledgeable efficient and helpful.

Do not use them. They make installations mistakes and then make the customers pay to correct them. Unacceptable. I have two recently installed A/C & Furnace units - one installed by Four Seasons and one installed by Doornbos. The experience working with the two companies is night and day. Doornbos guys knew what they were doing and went out of their way to offer great customer service across the board. I'm calling them now to fix the problems with the Four Seasons installation. One additional note - the tech they sent to assess the problem was great. Really nice guy. It was the folks above him trying to avoid paying to fix the installer's mistakes.
