I don’t even know where to begin. I am one year in and it honestly has changed my life. The service is a little spendy for me but it’s worth every single penny to both myself and my husband. The only regrets I have is that I didn’t do it sooner. My prescriptions have always showed up on time. My appointments have always gone smoothly. I will continue to tell all of my friends about Fountain HRT.

Got my labs done with little hassle. I go to schedule the initial doctor's visit. They don't have anything for more than a week. Pretty dumb but whatever. It's now the day of the appointment a week and some days later. I get a text 40 min before my appointment saying the provider cancelled. I go to reschedule and the only appointments they have are another week out. You guys are so stupid. You really can't find providers to take more appointments than that? The fact that you guys can get your shit together tells me I shouldn't trust you at all. Sucks. Cancelled everything getting a full refund. Go anywhere else besides here. Maybe go to an actual doctor instead of this bullshit. Glad they showed their true colors before it was too late.

Last-minute schedule changes are very frustrating. We want patients to get an appointment as soon as possible. We have backup providers who can usually help get a canceled visit rescheduled within a day or two, though that isn’t guaranteed.

I have only good things to say about Fountain HRT! They have made the process painless, affordable, and easy to maintain follow-ups, check-ins, and have been great with customer service. Since using Fountain HRT, my quality of life has improved immensely. I feel more energy, better sleep, and life is better! I would recommend FHRT to anyone who may need assistance with regulating hormones. Thank you to you all at Fountain!

The service, the personalization, it's just awesome. There are a lot of options for TRT treatment but none come with the comfort, convenience, and communication that Fountain provides. It's a little more expensive but worth every penny. It feels like VIP/First Class TRT service.

I love the input with any and all things going on with my body and mind. This treatment is ment to betterment my mind body and a multitude of things so all things are considered when consulting with my Dr. He let me know the good goals I'm hitting and how to accomplish further goals.
