This is my 7th camera from Foscam. All very nice products. Deliver exactly what is expected.

Foscam Support was great in resolving the recording issue I had with one of my outdoor cameras. They responded to my request for support immediately and knew how to fix the problem. Nora Chau was my customer service representative and her help was greatly appreciated.

Order #30557 confirmed Dec 17, 2025 I was wondering where is my shipment. I has been more than a month, and I have not received any package, or not even a email for delivery. Please let me know what went wrong.

They were great, there was a mix up on the shipping address, reached out to them and was shipped a new order immediately, I could not have asked for better service. Thank you so much for the quick response.
