Shipping is ridiculous expensive. Now it came as a suprise. I would like to get a quote before even deciding to use the service.

As we've discussed via email, the discrepancy in the shipping rate occurred because the initial calculation was based on the information entered into the calculator, prior to the final step where all shipping rates are displayed after the 'Search' button is clicked. We've attempted to clarify this situation and resolve the matter through email, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response from you. We understand that the initial estimate can be misleading, and we are reviewing our calculator to improve its clarity. We want to reiterate that the final, accurate shipping rates are presented after the "Search" button is clicked. We value your feedback and remain open to further discussion. The process is ok but the processing time are longer than before. FedEx had two days late to deliver the package.

I had been using a competitor service for several years while living abroad but became disappointed in the speed of service, cost of shipping, and horrible customer service. I gave Forwardme.com a chance and after three shipments, I am so happy with everything, largely because of the customer service and speed of packing and shipping. The prices are also so much more reasonable and realistic than the competition. When a delivery went missing, the Forwardme team tracked it down, explained what happened, and ensured an expedited shipping to get back on track. They are incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and kind. I am also impressed that they've upgraded their packing to include who packed the package, which gives the entire service a very personal flair. Yes, real people are packing your box! Overall, I'm very impressed and can't wait for my next shipment.
