If you're going to read one review, let it be this one. I bought (yes, paid for in advance) a simple plushie for 20$ off of mercari, or rather I waited a whole five days before the personal shopper actually got off his bum and purchased it for me, after which I was then hit with a 25$ invoice; no explanation, no transparency as to what it was for. So, I emailed them saying I would've sued if they didn't state the purpose of it, after which they said they sent the wrong amount "by mistake" (remember this for later). I was charged for the buyer protection and shipping of the item, as I could not see it myself since I didn't know their address. Then, it still wasn't done, because I received another invoice of 25$ stating it was for shipping, so I naively assumed it was for shipping to my country (I discovered afterwards that the receipt classified it as "personal shopper fee" and not shipping as the invoice had stated). I was then hit by the actual cost once it arrived at their warehouse and I had to choose the shipping. For an item originally only 20$ I paid a grand total of 130$ for a stupid plush of just 15cm. The even more insane part? They ghosted me after the first email and also proceeded to quote me the absolute wrong weight and size of the package, as they had downsized it after taking the picture in the warehouse. The item arrived to me in a DIY downsized box covered in two ziplock bags. Needless to say, only a bunch of pathetic scammers who will drain you of every penny you can possibly give them (not to mention untrustworthy, as I have seen them offer a measly 20$ to somebody in order to make them remove the review).

Hello, We're sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience — this is definitely not the standard we hold ourselves to. We'd genuinely like to look into this and make things right, but since this review was left anonymously, we have no way of identifying your order or reaching out to you directly. We can't help but find that a little unusual, especially given the seriousness of the claims. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and any relevant details, and we'll personally take a close look at everything — the fees, the communication, the packaging, all of it. Our team will make sure your case gets the full attention it deserves and we'll work with you to find a proper resolution. We believe every customer deserves transparency and a smooth experience, and if something fell short of that, we want to know about it and fix it. 😊 Warm Regards, The ForwardMe Team

I recently used Forwardme.com's personal shopper service to buy a few items from US retailers that wouldn't ship directly to the UK or accept my international card. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. I submitted my requests with the product links, and their team handled everything: purchasing, receiving the items at their US warehouse, and then shipping them consolidated to me in the UK. Communication was clear throughout – I got updates on order placement, arrival at the warehouse, and shipping status. The items arrived well-packaged, in perfect condition, and faster than I expected. What really stood out was how helpful and responsive the support team was when I had a couple of questions about customs and shipping options. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. If you're in the UK (or anywhere outside the US) and want access to American stores without the usual headaches, I highly recommend Forwardme.com – especially their personal shopper service. Great value, reliable, and truly customer-focused. Will definitely use them again!

Dear Colin, Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review, and reading it put a huge smile on our faces. 😊 This is exactly the kind of message that reminds us why we started Forwardme in the first place. You trusted us with your orders, and knowing that we didn't let you down from the very first request all the way to the package arriving safely at your door in the UK means everything to us. We know how frustrating it can be when US stores won't ship internationally or decline non US cards. That's the exact problem we built our personal shopper service to solve, and hearing that it worked seamlessly for you is the greatest reward we could ask for. And our support team will be over the moon to read your words. They work hard every day to make sure no question goes unanswered, especially when it comes to customs and shipping, which we know can feel a little daunting. So thank you for noticing, and for taking the time to say so. We'd love to help you shop again whenever you're ready. Until then, take care and thank you, truly. 🛍️✨ With gratitude, The ForwardMe Team

Honestly in my point of view forwardme it is a notch logistic service, via U.S, T.T and U.K. It goes same day delivery to your home country. Also they give detail tracking and no tax from U.S. For people who are buying apple products it is easy, also amazon and other, i am fully satisfied with this service.

Found the process really easy from start to finish. Ordered myself with the unique delivery address given & could track the parcel from start to finish. I paid for extra bubble wrap, tape and expedited shipping. The packaging could have been better but my items (books) arrived perfectly - box seemed a little flimsy.
