I have yet to receive my order or get a response regarding it. There was no true "contact information" on the website so I had to dig through an older order just to send it. I'd love to receive what I paid for before I have to contest the order.

Since your are closing, this is my last order. I just wanted your company to know, I have appreciated doing business with you. I especially used the Christmas imprint pencil packs. Best wishes.

The product is top quality. First time order and it did not go smoothly but in the end customer service was exceptional.

I love having customized pencils in the classroom. It's a nice way to welcome them to a new school year. During the holidays, I look forward to ordering the 3-pencil engraved set for each student. They are always so excited when then see their names on their pencils. Another area that I need to mention is that the pencils are such high quality. The graphite stays in the shaft. The pencils always sharpen to a point.

The pencils are great except that the color I ordered, maroon, is more of a brown color than I expected. It does not match the color on the website.

Thank you for your feedback, Jamie! We’re glad to hear you like the pencils overall, but understand your disappointment with the color not matching what you expected from the website. Your input is valuable and helps highlight where the experience didn’t meet expectations. We will pass this feedback along to our quality team for further review.

My shipment arrived on time and in great shape. I have been a customer for nearly a half century and used Atlas Pen & Pencil / For Teachers Only for student gifts throughout the years. The personalized student pencils and bookmarks were always a huge hit with the kiddos. In retirement I have continued to use them for trinkets and incentives for substitute teaching, activities, and events.

Wishing you all the best and thank you again for being such a valued part of our community for so many years. 💛
