I ordered 80 packs of personalized pencils. I received them very quickly, even though it was just before Christmas. My students loved them! They were so excited to get something with their name on it.

I didn’t get anything I ordered for the second year in a row. Customer service was not helpful at all. I will never order from them again.

We are truly sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating it is to not receive your order—especially two years in a row. This is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and lack of support you encountered. Your feedback has been shared with our leadership team, and we would appreciate the opportunity to review what went wrong and work toward a resolution. A member of our customer care team will be reaching out to you directly to look into this and see how we can make things right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
