Since paying/starting the patient and engineering portion of this project the communication around project mgmt (dates/times of expected deliverables) has been lacking. I assumed going into this I would've been handed a project plan centered around providing me with when the different sections would be starting and expected eta of completion, along with a review portion period so could get a sense of the duration of the project. Feel like have no insight into when things are starting/ending etc.

Donnie is awesome, he keeps in contact through every step. Made every process clear and always available. Look forward to inventing more just to work with him again.

This company is extremely respectful regarding the inventors time and space , they do not hound or make big promises . However i wish they would call me more offen because I suffer from fear of SUCCESS!

Great group that helps you from start to finish. From the initial call to the issuing of your patent, rest assured your idea is safe and protected along the way. I'm in the process of my 2nd patent with them and wouldn't think of using any other folks to get the job done right.

I especially like the fact that I was not prodded into a rash decision that I would not feel comfortable with.
