Order placed, no notification of cancellation...NOT OK
I placed an order, 48 hours ago for Purell Hand Sanitizer. Just contacted, since no notification of shipping. Oh, they seem to be out of stock, but the website took my order and payment. No notification is unacceptable.
Response from ForMyDesk.com· Mar 6, 2020
GK, Unfortunately, due to the concern for the Covid-19 virus, the current demand for any sanitizer is not only surpassing and exceeding current stock it is also making it difficult to get accurate information from our wholesale supplier and have it reflect true stock on our website. We apologize for any confusion. This is an issue with the entire supply chain not just us.
