I received an order with one perfume not sealed with a plastic wrapping. Never before has this happened with so many orders placed with ForeverLux. Just didn’t give me confidence that this was original and now I have second thoughts about placing more orders. The box for the bottle had crease marks and looked old.
Response from ForeverLux· Aug 18, 2026
Hi Gaurav, We apologize for the condition of the packaging you received. This does not reflect our usual standards, and all our products are guaranteed authentic. Please contact [email protected] with your reference number so we can review this order and address your concerns. Warm regards, The Foreverlux Team.
