I ordered the gel peel and received the moisturizer creme. The box states gel peel but the contents of the box is moisturizer! I need the correct item. This product is too expensive to have the wrong stuff delivered. I contacted customer service via email and I am waiting on a response. The box did not even have the receipt in it. I have nothing to go off of other than the UPS box.

I have to share my experience here a few days ago with Forever Flawless. I am at a local mall in AZ looking for last minute Holiday gifts and I come across this amazing Forever Flawless shop. I got a 20 minute demo and ended up getting myself and my sisters this most amazing skincare line.Products look and feel great and I am super excited with the results I am seeing. Thanks

Products Purchased: Diamond Infused Exfoliating & Foaming Cleanser Diamond Infused Facial Peeling Gel Diamond Infused HYDRA-AM Moisture Complex Cream I have used several skincare products, over the past 20 years, that have delivered impressive results, but none of them ever delivered results amazing enough to justify paying the high prices associated with them. I am 40 years old, and most people are left speechless when they discover my age; therefore, I have never been too concerned with a skincare regimen aside from the inexpensive acne treatment line I have been using for years. And then I was introduced to Forever Flawless. I thought, "Here goes another pointless product demonstration", but I was absolutely amazed at the instant results after only a demonstration. I have used the peeling gel on my face only once, and the foaming cleanser and AM moisturizer twice, and I am in love with these products. My skin feels as smooth as my one-year old infant's face! I have extremely oily skin with large pores, and I am constantly removing blackheads. After only one peeling treatment, my skin is balanced, and my husband noticed a dramatic difference in my skin the next morning. All the large, clogged pores on my nose and chin instantly appeared clean and smaller than the night before.Even the hyper-pigmented spots on my face have seemed to disappear overnight. To top it all of? ZERO irritation, ZERO swelling! Just all results. My husband lets me know I am beautiful every single day, and this product feels like icing on the cake. Worth every penny. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review? I find I need to wash with a separate cleanser to remove all of my makeup prior to using the Diamond Infused Exfoliating and Foaming Cleanser.

Aggressive sampling giving outside of their Sydney store in QVB with a hint of racism. Just walking by before Xmas for some last minute shopping. Some guy outside of Forever Flawless Cosmetic store was giving out samples quite aggressively. Once I accepted, he tried to pressure me into entering the store for “more free sample”, when I refused, he started to ask “where are you from?” “Are you studying?” “Where are REALLY from?” “Were you born in here?”. I mean, for real? Well, toxic company hires toxic employee, I guess. Will never use this brand and never recommend to anyone based on this.

Product cause allergic reaction, wouldn’t let me return products only an exchange!? With the amount of money they charge and I bought in kind.They should have the integrity to return a product a person can not use because of a physical skin reaction. If you can sell it YOU Can take it back: period! I’m contact the BBB and sticking with trustworthy sellers.

We really enjoy the product at the beginning when we just started but getting a VOGO is not the same quality that you will receive from a regular order. I think the ingredients they used for the promo is less effective vs paying original price in short you receive two items for the price of one and get 50% less effective. Beware and be aware the effect is half so in reality you are only getting 50% or less effectiveness because it is not the same potency.
