I have worked with multiple lenders and they are all quick to loan high interest loans, and all claim to be the best and most competitive. High pressure sales techniques, etc... But with Fordham and specifically Howard Gelfand, Sr. Partner, he was more interested in help9ng my business, and becoming a l9ng term partner in our success. He is building a long term relationship, which I appreciate more than anything. You can trust this group to help you and guide you when needed. Highly recommend!!
