Love the information you guys are providing for us players to improve. Some of the foods I thought were helping me were actually not, leading to inconsistency in my performance. Now that I have a better knowledge about these things I won't hesitate to share this with my teammates and friends. Thank you for the info.

Really great diet plan !

Amazing lesions about food and the importance of it for better performance!

Course was very helpful, simply explained and charts about power food for matchday were useful for my matchday preparation in semi-pro league
