The service department here is AWESOME. My son is just starting to ride a little more seriously and the guys there really take their time to explain things to him so he can take care of little things himself. Their service charges are really reasonable.

I do not own any spandex attire and I am not into the bike scene. That being said, the staff was friendly, helped me find what I needed and I was out quickly.

We had a great buying experience buying 2 bmx bikes for our boys for Christmas. The staff was very helpful to us in making the right choice. We wanted bikes that will grow and last with our boys. I'm so glad we went to Folsom Bike. We will definitely be going back for more bikes in the future. Maybe even a full suspension mountain bike for me!

I was looking for new bikes for our three kids (6, 8 and 10) for Christmas and while the combined purchase was a fraction of what an average bike costs these days, I was provided with incredible service, great communication and a fair price. They even offered to deliver the bikes to our house on Christmas Eve! I’ll be back for the next bike(s) our family needs!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I was buying for my son and he had very specific needs. The staff brought me right to the items and explained the difference of each item. Such a huge help.
