FlyhomesReviews of flyhomes.com

They gave worst service. Plus if you are abd agent working with them, expect them to steal all your business. Not pay you a single dime

TL;DR - Using Flyhomes was a mistake and has cost me $15,000+ (and the bleeding hasn't even stopped.) The cash offer option helped me get an offer accepted BUT They have no motive to complete your refinancing promptly. So you just sit around and watch them waste their time while the interest you're paying on the short term loan grows. The portal that the use is annoying. It constantly asks you for things you have already given them, with no further explanation. I thought that a large reputable company would have this process dialed in. I was wrong. There is plenty of negligence to go around. No one seems to know what they are doing. They will hit you with a bait and switch on interest rates also. I was quoted 3.875% then they turn around change it to 4.125% while I was still actively working with them and giving them all the documents they need. This rate change is going to cost me thousands over the lifetime of the loan. I worked with my real estate agent to get a signed document put together saying that the seller would install a missing air conditioning unit. The seller signed the document. After transferring the money they said they won't be installing the A/C, despite having a signed document. I expected my agent to at least fight on my behalf a bit, but they basically told me to roll over and take it or risk losing my earnest money. So now I'm paying for a $7,000 A/C unit and install out of my own pocket.

Time wasters with terrible customer service. They seem pretty sketchy too.

I could give 0 star if I could, but just to the escrow agent maricela Gonzales, she lied to me to sign a document claiming california law requires me to sign but was actually a quit claim deed to get me off the house deed, so that my ex can buy it under his name, and she was rude enough, or I almost felt attack that she made a comment on my divorce while she absolutely knows nothing about me.

I have been trying to refinance my home now for over 6 weeks and I still am nowhere near the end. All I ever get from this company is, "we need more documents, more documents! you would think they would assign someone who knew what they were doing and get all of the information all at once. I guess every rep they have is assigned more applications they can handle and that is why Im getting such poor service. Im contacted every week with requests for additional documentation and Im sick of it.

After almost two months of working with Reali I had to discontinue my refinance application due to multiple errors by Reali and their vendors and miscommunications amongst all parties. While the rate was excellent there were so many mistakes I had little confidence the loan would be correct. Sounds like they are trying f to improve operations. Tread carefully and review ALL details.

I don't recommend Reali Loans unless your are a 100% W2 income customer. We started a on-line loan application. It is a simple refinance on our primary residence where we have 80% equity. e.g. We wanted a lower interest rate over 15 years. Reali asked for $500 up front for processing fees. We started retirement this year. We have $2.5 Million in 401K and IRA and informed Reali of our withdrawal plan. We have $75K annual rental property income. Our credit is 800+. After 2 weeks, Reali insists we need custom written letters from our 401K and IRA institutions stating a 3 year proof of future income. This withdrawal plan is OURS and not the institutions plan. We contacted the 401K and IRA institutions. The institutions will NOT write a letter defining a Withdrawal plan. They will only provide the balance and the withdrawal rules. You can imagine the legal implications if they wrote withdrawal plans for customers. A 401K and IRA is not a fixed monthly amount like a pension. Reali says they can't move forward with our loan without the letters. We read the Fannie Mae B3-3.1-01 General income loan qualifications. No where does it state that the 401K and IRA institutions must provide letters of Withdrawal plan. We believe Reali in uneducated on how to process loans for retired customers. Long story short, Reali wasted 2 weeks of our time. We are waiting for our $500 to be returned.

RealiLoans never return my call. I left a message four times during January 2021 and no one ever returned my call. I had a question on completing an online application, but it's not going to get answered because no one is available to speak to. One start rating for abysmal customer service.
