Did not receive any information for my flight in a few days. Endless call loop for voicemail and did not respond to emails asking for confirmation.

I booked a flight with them on December 24, 2025, to go from Atlanta to Philadelphia on December 31 and return to Atlanta on January 2. I was told I would receive the Frontier confirmation code and boarding pass 24 hours before departure, which I did. However, when I got to the airport the next day to board my flight and scanned my pass, the scanner went red. I was then told that my reservation was cancelled due to suspected fraud, but they would not tell me what the fraud was, and if I want to travel, I have to spend additional money to buy another ticket. I was charged $191 for a one-way ticket to Philly and used the majority of my frequent flyer miles to get back to Atlanta. I spoke with both Dean and Charles, who promised that I would get a refund and send me an email confirming the refund, but I have received nothing. This was my first time booking a flight through a third-party agency, and because of this horrible experience, I will never do so again.

After reviewing your booking, the airline identified the reservation for additional security verification, which unfortunately led to the booking being voided prior to departure. These verification procedures are handled directly by the airline and are outside the control of third-party booking agencies. Our records indicate that the airline has already processed a refund for this booking. However, we will review this again with the airline to confirm the status and ensure everything is completed correctly.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! THIS IS SCAM COMPANY! after you submit your flight they will tell you to call to confirm the flight but they will just keep you in an endless loop of call backs with a "busy agent" you will never get your flight.

This is my second review of the flight from Denver to Houston. I'm somewhat dissatisfied because my flight was canceled at the last minute without notification. Furthermore, I paid for a direct flight but had to transfer in Oklahoma. I was at the airport from 4:00 a.m., and my flight didn't depart until 8:20 a.m., resulting in a four-hour wait. I expected to arrive at my destination at 10:00 a.m., but I didn't arrive until 1:30 p.m. I hope you will take this into consideration next time and provide me with a direct flight, as that's what I paid for. Thank you.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when a flight is delayed or changed at the last minute — especially when you booked a direct flight and had important plans. We’d like to clarify that your original booking was for a direct Denver–Houston flight, exactly as you requested and paid for. However, during that travel period, many flights were being canceled and rescheduled by the airline due to operational disruptions. In these situations, the airline — not the booking agency — controls all flight changes and will automatically rebook passengers on the next best available option to ensure they can still reach their destination. Unfortunately, this sometimes means being placed on a connecting flight instead of the original nonstop service. We do not have the ability to override or prevent airline-initiated changes once a ticket is issued, but we always advocate for our customers and provide the best available options based on what the airline releases.

Thank you FlyBix for helping me with my flight to DC! Dean was amazing. I was hesitant for a bit because I didn’t receive my flight information immediately but when I called back they told me it would be a few hours while it processed. Then I received it! Everything was accurate and I enjoyed my flight! I will definitely be using y’all again on my next trip!
