Mine arrived after some time. Tried rolling it on my head nothing came out of the bottle. When i got into it the liquid inside was solid. Have emailed florus just waiting on a reply. It is a lot of money to spend when it takes ages to come and then you cant even use it.

Giving me a migraine, wish I'd read all the 1 star reviews before going near it. One bottle will last a year. It will take a month to arrive, by which time you've forgotten you ordered it, and the next bottle is already on its way. They switch you to subscription mode - I ordered a one off, or so I thought. Other (honest) subscription products send an email reminding you that your next order is being prepared in case you need to cancel. Florus sends a cheeky "your order is on its way" email and then refuses to to anything to help cancel said order, despite the fact that nothing takes that long to arrive so it must still be in the factory. In Hong Kong. Oh yes. If you want to return it, you have to stump up the £12 postage and risk it not arriving back. No £2 Royal Mail tracked option here. This happened last month, and I carefully cancelled my subscription although I must have done that wrong because here we are again, doing the returns dance one more time. Honestly, buy it off eBay (there are plenty of customers trying to get their refund by selling it there). If it actually works or not is highly irrelevant, that's how crap the logistics side of this organisation is.

I ordered one time to try, and I was enrolled in a subscription service without my awareness. I have been subsequently charged and sent the product monthly 3 times now even though I emailed them to cancel my subscription and to not charge any further. I will keep trying to sort out, but this whole process is giving me a migraine rather than providing a product that does anything helpful.

Still waiting for product to arrive theee weeks later. Received this message “ Parcel delivery abnormal [Without Access Code]. Parcel will be returned to the warehouse.” I’m not sure, but thinking this is a scam!

To be clear, my experience is based on only the shipping, as I have not receive my product yet. I ordered after reading in the F&Q that USA orders would be shipped from the warehouse in the states. Since I am traveling in 14 days it was in the range that I would receive the product. I also paid for expedited shipping. Yesterday I got an email saying I was most likely running low on the product and should order more. Today I got an email saying it just left the international shipping warehouse and it would be 20 more days. Even though the international tracking update with Yanwen Express, only indicates the order was created at a site in Gwinnett Village, GA. not that it has moved. I have no idea, when or if my order will even show up, but so far the expatiations that this is a legit company for me is very low. Just don't expect all the shipping information on the site to be accurate.

Further to my previous post, I now have 2 bottles to be thrown away (as they refused to accept them back and only gave me 50% of my money) so if anyone wants them they are going free.

Product did not work for me, but that is NOT the reason for my 1 star rating. I received a 2nd shipment in the mail about 2 weeks after I received the initial order. I could not find it in my bank transactions, or on the website under my email. I contacted Florus because I 1.) didn't want it and 2.) didn't want to be charged for something I didn't order. Despite all the info I gave them, over the course of several emails, this order that i received could not be found by them anywhere in the system. Today, 06/15/26 I checked my bank statement and lo and behold there was a charge from florus. Now I have to call the bank and file a fraud charge and cancel my card. Hopefully I will get my money back from the bank. My complaint is the shady business practices that seem to be going on, taking advantage of migraine sufferers who often are willing to try anything to get relief.
