No communication.. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before the funeral.. at the funeral my flowers were not there.. apparently the florist rejected the order from florist.com NO NOTICE TO ME.. NOR DID THEY SEND TO ANOTHER FLORIST so my arrangement of $150 never arrived.. then they wanted to send the arrangement AFTER THE FUNERAL I ordered my parents flowers from 1800flowers.. they arrived

I placed an order to be delivered on Aug 14, 2020. Initially, I believed the order would not be honored because the delivery was late, however, the recipient confirmed receipt and was happy with the final arrangement.

I wish I could give them a zero. This is the worst DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They are the absolute worst. I paid for same day delivery on 8/5 it’s 8/7 still no delivery and no one is returning my emails. Never again 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I ordered flowers from this business since Ratuken offered a large cash back bonus. Never again. The delivery date was 8/04. I emailed customer service on 8/5. While they responded quickly, that's when I learned the florist they sent the order didn't complete it and the order would be delivered on 8/6. The delivery finally arrived 8/6 but after 6 p.m.

This has to be the WORST FLORIST EVER!!! I ordered flowers for my friend whose mom passed away. Supposed to be delivered 7/6/2020, she never received them. I emailed them and they said the flowers will be delivered next day. Next day no flowers. I have been emailing them back and forth since the 10th to get a refund which their policy clearly states. I have gotten nothing but the run around. The 1st and the last time I will EVER USE THEM!!!! Their customer service sucks big time! DON’T ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!!!

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered it a week and a half prior to Mother's Day and arranged to have it delivered two days early, just in case there were issues. $73, I was provided a tracking number showing my arrangement leaving NY exactly 7 days prior to Mother's Day and 5 days prior to delivery to GA. For some reason, my order was routed through Missouri, but whatever. I checked tracking on the Friday it was to be delivered, and it stated out for delivery. No delivery. I called the next morning and I was informed that it now would be delivered the following Monday, which was unacceptable to me. I was put on hold and was guaranteed delivery by 8pm that evening. Still no delivery, and now fedex shows no available delivery date. I called yet again and demanded a refund, I was told it was again guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the day (now Mother's Day) and that they could not give me a refund until after it was delivered. There is no way after 7 days on a truck in the south, that this arrangement is going to be in any kind of beautiful shape, and likely will be dead. I will never order from florists.com again, and have no faith that this will be delivered today as promised for the 3rd day in a row. Their service is ridiculous, and this has ruined Mother's Day for my 70-year-old mother.

Stay away from florists.com!!! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day I selected a $59.99 arrangement and paid $15.99 service fee. The arrangement my mother received was awful!!! It looked like a $20 arrangement so small and had no Lillie’s as pictured. I called florists.com and they offered me $15 credit. I will NEVER use this service EVER again! Just order direct from local florist

I placed two separate orders and was charged for both on my credit card but only received a confirmation for one order. First, trying to get in touch with someone was a nightmare. They really don't want you to reach out to them with issues. When I finally did reach someone, they said I only had one order on file and I need to talk to my bank (even though I attached a picture of my credit card statement with the two charges clearly shown). Spend a little more money and go somewhere else to buy your flowers. You get what you pay for here and it comes with terrible customer service.
