FlodeskReviews of flodesk.com

I have always loved Flodesk but the help desk is awful! You can no longer chat and have to wait for an email reply. The rep took over 5 emails to answer my questions and went in circles with their reply. We are on a deadline for a client and this was super frustrating. They used to have chat and it was so fast an efficient, I am sad to see that feature removed. We had issues with our fonts changing when sending test emails, but never had that issue with the other emails we have been sending for months. The song and dance replies, not answering my actual questions or looking at the screenshots I was sending was super frustrating. Flodesk, please get your chat back!! I would avoid using Flodesk again for my future email clients because of this experience.

I’m a teacher who also sells digital resources, so my time is limited. Flodesk is the first email tool that hasn’t left me frustrated. It’s easy to use, my emails look beautiful, and my subscribers have noticed the difference. It’s been such a great fit for my business, and I’d happily recommend it to any creator.

Honestly, I've tried a few email platforms before, and Flodesk is the one that finally stuck with me. I use it for my newsletters and business email marketing, and it makes everything so much easier. The templates are amazing; I don't have to sit and design anything from scratch. Everything is just... there, where you need it. If you're a business owner looking for something clean and easy for your emails, I'd say go for it. I'm really happy with it.

Flodesk is a great company. The ease of setting up automatic emails is brilliant. It helped me create professional workflows and was everything I needed for my real estate business. Keeping in touch with clients is so important. Their customer service is also top notch! They are eager to help with any issues and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend Flodesk to anyone who has their own business.

Honestly, building out an email list used to totally intimidate me. Flodesk makes everything look so stunning and elevated, and I didn't even need to hire a designer! I did have a tiny glitch with my forms right before a huge booking launch, but Marian from support hopped in and fixed it for me in literally minutes. My emails finally look just as high-end as my living portfolio, and my babes actually love opening them!

I switched from Kit to Flodesk a little over a year ago because when it comes to beautiful designs and straightforward systems, they’re unmatched. I also love that they’re proudly female-founded. I bought the Everything Plan (Emails + Checkouts), and it felt like a weight lifted to have my sales pages, opt-in forms, AND backend workflows so seamlessly connected. While not the most advanced in some hardcore marketing features, they’re consistently shipping updates that elevate our user experience and make me proud to send people my links or have them enter my funnel. (I didn’t even bother with setting up a proper email sequence until I moved to Flodesk because they make it so easy to set up!) On top of a solid, stunning & simplified product, when I contact their customer service, I get the feeling that they genuinely care about my business — not just me as a customer, but as a human. They respond quickly, intently, and do everything in their power to ensure I’m getting the most out of my time with them while I build the business of my dreams. If having the BTS infrastructure that matches your public-facing brand identity is important to you, and you need a no-fuss setup with the necessary nuts & bolts, Flodesk is absolutely worth your money.

I love Flodesk for the ease of use, the beautiful esthetics to choose from and the super helpful customer service. I’ve been with Flodesk for two years and have no complaints.

Flodesk has made my business emails so much easier (and prettier/ more professional). I love how easy it is to track my analytics, email list, and I can easily duplicate old ones that were successful to edit and use similar templates (vs starting from scratch). The templates they provide are already so clutch, so I just go off of those.
