This was my first time ordering from Flask. I prefer speaking with human beings rather than ordering online; the staff understood my preference and accommodated me. The accompanying photos and descriptions accurately represented each item. Given these inflationary times we are in, the prices seemed reasonable. The ordering process was made easy on their website. Everything arrived safely, on time, and well packaged. I was quite pleased overall. The only disappointment I had was being unable to utilize my SAVE10 introductory discount. It remains a mystery as to what one can apply that to.
