Very smooth process.
The order and shipment was an acceptable amount of time. The one thing I would have like to seen is what carrier they where going use up front. If I would have known. I would have had them ship straight to the UPS store. Instead I gambled and missed my drop and had to change my delivery to the UPS store. I may have overlooked the carrier service as well. No big deal. Great service and updates

Thanks for the feedback! Funny, we've been testing a shipping service that will give you the option at checkout to find and ship to your closest UPS access point. Very very close to going live, just working out a few kinks!
