Great program to lost weight and get in shape

Great experience I’m a gym coach and joined mostly out of curiosity—I knew the team had a solid background. Honestly thought I’d already seen it all, but they really gave me a new perspective. I’ve started using some of their methods with clients, and it’s been working great. Grateful for a program that actually delivers.

I have a history of disordered eating, so I was worried that tracking food, weight and measurements would push me back into old habits. But my mentor was incredibly supportive and careful. We worked through it at a steady pace, and I never felt triggered or unsafe. Now I feel stronger both physically and emotionally. I didn’t think this would be possible for me, but I’m really glad I gave it a try

My husband joined this program first, and I was just watching him get all hyped 😂 At first I was like "meh," but after Christmas I decided to give it a shot too. Shoutout to the team—you guys are awesome!

The best! A friend recommended this to me and kept going on and on about it (maybe too much 😂) but honestly she was right. Already eyeing the next launch

Very good program. Solid guidance, realistic expectations, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed. Overall really good!
