Great job, very fast installation!

Overall, the experience was positive and the microwave was installed successfully. The contractor was polite and worked hard to complete the job. I do want to offer a few constructive suggestions that could improve professionalism and customer experience in the future. I would recommend ensuring contractors arrive fully prepared with a complete set of tools and cleanup supplies. At one point, the contractor struggled to remove a screw because he did not have the correct drill bit available, and I ended up providing one of my own, which solved the issue immediately. Cleanup materials such as rags or wipes should also be standard for installation jobs. One additional concern was that the contractor brought his infant daughter into the home during the installation. I absolutely respect the responsibilities of parenthood, and the baby was very sweet, but bringing a child onto an active job site felt unprofessional and potentially unsafe. Again, the contractor was kind and the installation itself was completed successfully. These comments are simply intended as constructive feedback to help improve preparation and professionalism for future customers. Would definitely use Fixtman again in the future because of their quick response time and easy appointment booking process.

Extremely happy with the service, was prompt and on time and did everything I requested. Contractor was perfect as well. Would recommend this company.

We had a Pergolux aluminum pergola built. The technician was great. He was not fast but thorough. End result is what we are happy with.
