Always been here when needed and great service

Needed my A/C fixed immediately because family was coming into town. . Scott made it happen same day. Nice, friendly and lightning fast service!

First two service visits required a return visit to properly correct the issues. Billing issues resulted after the second visit during which a hack repairman was dispatched and gave a totally false/fraudulent diagnosis in an attempt to get a higher cost repair, and tried to get the $50 service charge paid to him directly. The followup visit proved the first diagnosis was false and fix'd wants to charge for the followup visit and extra money for a second item that was looked eventhough they explained I get two items per visit.

Amazing company. Amazing team members. Always on schedule and always resolve problems. No scam.

Absolutely horrible company that in bad faith relies on a “code compliance” exclusion to try and avoid more expensive repairs.

Will not renew. Bad experience and had technicians never on time.

Seemed unorganized or overwhelmed with business..one of the two. Could have shared what me expectations should be more effectively. The repair to our fridge took so long I actually had to go purchase another fridge to use while waiting for our repair. The guy that came to make our repair was the nicest tech we've ever met. Really cool guy trying to do a good job within the parameters of the resources available to him. Office couldn't find our parts and then suddenly found them. Tech made the effort to back and get the parts to come back to our home the same evening. Kudos to him!
