Excellent program

Fit Father Project gave me back my ambition and opened up a new chapter in my life that is filled with challenges I never dreamed were possible for a regular guy my age (now 59). With a combination of education, proven exercise (at home with minimal equipment), and daily encouragement, FFP helped me lose 48 pounds. My approach to food, sleep, hydration and meal planning has completely changed. Grace to not do everything perfectly really helped. Two years later and I'm living each day to my full potential! Fit father project is awesome. The program works great. I broke my leg a year ago so I fell off track but I healed up got back on track I lost 93 pounds on the fit father project. I’m a fit father for life.

Delivers what FFP claims, when you follow the plan.

A system for improved healt that really works, and that works over time. Very good!

Love the program, really comprehensive and well thought out. Joined two years ago in lockdown, so through the formal structure and now chop and change past programs to suit.
