Took two days for someone to answer my call. Placed on hold and the call dropped several times. And almost two months to get the job completed.

Takes too long to answer. I have tried for over 10 days and gave up after 45 minutes on hold each time

Always something in their contract eliminate their needs to repair the item I’ve called for very disappointed, but they’re the third company I’ve tried and they all do the same thing

The yearly price is fair (with discount) but it all doesn't matter because of the service. I expected low price and nice service but it's not achievable with them.

The company declined (for BS reasons) 2 of 3 Warranty requests. Basically I paid $1200 to replace a washer pulley! It's a scam!
